I started with the 5000 IU but analysis showed I needed less so I'm sticking with the 2000 IU. Great value once a day for the 13 months. Tasteless small gel tabs are the way to go. These Spring Valley Vitamin D3 supplements are easy to use and are helping me get my needed RDA of vitamin D. Didn't notice a taste but appreciate the gel tabs that don't start dissolving as soon as they hit your mouth. This is much easier and safer than having to be in the sun to get vitamin D.
