My care provider recommended vitamin D for better calcium and med absorption. I am hoping it works. It is small and easy to swallow. in OregonI. The fall and winter there isn’t much sunshine and you get vitamin D from the sun. I am hoping that it will help my osteoporosis and help with better calcium absorption.
