I bought this bread machine after my 25 yr old machine stopped working. It works great! We made at least a loaf a day for the family. The recipe book could use some work, but I still use my traditional recipes and the bread turns out as intended… nutty loaves from home milled wheat berries / flax / chia … light fluffy white bread for sandwiches… zucchini and carrot bread on the quick bread cycle. Honestly haven't been mad at any of the results so far. Menus are easier to use and can quickly adjust for different size loaves ( 1, 1.5, 2.0 lb). I will say it's helpful to get a skinny long spatula and just make sure you tuck the unincorporated edges into the mix if needed. Sometimes flour gets balled up in the corners but the spatula quickly brings it back in. Only need to check once per cycle and it's good. Bakes evenly. We bought this one specifically because it also has an icecream attachment (which was important to the kids).
