These shoes fit great and great foam springiness. My feet felt energize like the shoe was pushing me forward. Typically I don't like running for just running but brother convinced me to do a 5k event. While I have done a variety of numerous sports over the decades this will be fun and a challenge. Thanks to shoes it's easy on my shins and knees.
