These slippers do not stretch to do over your foot. We bought XL mens for us. (So 7 and 9 in womens). Almost have to roll them down to toe of sock then roll them up. Super warm but also puffy so cant slide on anything over them to run outside. Have rubber dots on bottom so dont slide. We love them will probably order more.
