Lacking in size

I am a tall woman and I wear a size 11 shoe. I usually buy footies and socks in mens sizes to accommodate those larger feet. I thought I was ok in getting these footies but they were, alas, too short! Just a tad too short but they still pull off my feet at the hells. I would have returned them but I had already worn a couple of pairs before I noticed the consistent lack of size. Very nic material in these and construction. Just the size was lacking.
