Very soft and thick, the pile is high and dense. It’s a bit difficult to vacuum but I expected as much. The would pattern easily disguise any dirt, I have pets so it’s impossible to keep the house pristine. I would definitely buy again and recommend. I had a different color, the gray, which was just as beautiful but didn’t match my home as well.
