Swanson's is the best magnesium oil
I have been using Swanson Magnesium Oil for years. I was absolutely delighted to find it available on Walmart.com.. When you first apply the spray it may tingle a little bit but that quickly fades. If you any muscle soreness this product works like magic. I injured my hamstring and the magnesium oil chased the pain away. I highly recommend for magnesium oil for any aches and pains.

Bye bye calf cramps!
I've had a calf cramp issue almost all my life. Any time I exercise, my calf muscles cramp up even if I'm only working out on my upper body! Doctors were never able to pin point the problem. They always told me I need more potassium. I was eating 1-2 bananas a day. Was I supposed to stuff my face daily with bananas like a friggin monkey? I finally looked it up recently on YouTube and discovered I likely have a magnesium deficiency. Bought this product and haven't had a calf cramp since! I can now jog for almost an hour and then hit the gym for another 2-3 hours and not suffer a single calf cramp! Just spray several spritzes onto your calves and massage it in once per day. Wash it off if you feel like it. I personally just leave it on 'cause I'm absolutely terrified of suffering another calf cramp while I'm working out.

Effective as deodorant and for muscle comfort. Great value.
I have had good results using this (with CRYSTAL pomegranate mineral roll on) as a deodorant. Effective. Long lasting. Avoid aluminum ingredients. Also use for occasional muscle soreness (may or may not help - but it's cheap and has recommendations. Buy it from Swanson - not health food / vitamin stores.
