All the parts were there in the 3 packages, along with plenty of extra fasteners. Assembly was not too difficult, though there were a few issues with alignment that had to be overcome. Probably not a job for someone with limited mechanical ability or below average spatial perception.

This shed meets expectations, especially considering it's low cost. It's quite a lot of work to assemble, because it's designed to be many small panels that fit in relatively small(ish) boxes for lower cost shipping. A smaller number of larger panels would be quicker to assemble, but also more unruly to handle.
