Walmart should verify and deal with sellers

Seller sent a used product and did not disclose this information they where advertised as new Once I contacted the seller it was a very complicated prosses. I asked several times to send a new pair of bindings but never got a straight answer Dealing with sellers should not be the clients responsibility Walmart should deal with them
