Black Nickel Plating Kit This kit gives a beautiful translucent Black Nickel coating over most metals including nickel, copper, brass, tin, steel, stainless steel and zinc. Mix up the chemicals with distilled water, clean your parts with the included degreaser and then hang into the Black Nickel solution. Plate for 2-10 minutes at 0.01 amps per square inch.  Low amperage requirements mean you can plate larger objects with a small rectifier. For example, a part about the size of an orange (100 square inches) would only require 1 amp to plate.
