I like the appearance of the plate warmer. It appears to be quality. However, after warming it cuts off. I tried warming coffee to test how it works. I have amug warmer that stays on untill I switch it off, keeping coffee hot. I returned it and ordered a plate warmer that is a little smaller with adjustable control. The new warmer cost twice as much as the one I returned. If the warmer would just stay on it would be better.
