Otherwise it is perfectly balanced as it should be for the flavor. Other bases I have tried have either been too weak on the shrimp flavor or way too salty at any amount used. This soup base is absolutely the winner hands down and is now my one and only soup base for shrimp dishes and soup. Combining this soup base with butter and a sweet BBQ sauce I made a BBQ Shrimp Pasta dish that was devoured in minutes. You cannot go wrong using this Knorr Granulated Shrimp Flavor Bouillon Powder in anything you add it to. I not only recommend this flavor of Knorr Granulated Bouillon, but the beef and the chicken as well, as I have also tried those flavors. I really like this seasoning. I use it to make everything shrimp and imitation crab or lobster. Soups and seafood salads and crab and shrimp cakes. It has a stronger punch if you add as a seasoning. Taste as you cook ..makes the best chef's! Always try something new! Just like the chicken and beef base you use for flavoring from Knorr. But seafood taste, can use on salmon and fish also...
