Not the quality expected with Hansgrohe

We did a complete renovation of a home last year and used Hansgrohe Logis faucets at the sinks in the Primary Bath. I am disappointed that they "dribble" after shutoff, rather than cleanly cutting off like every other faucet I have ever used or installed new. I complained to the retailer where we purchased all our plumbing fixtures and replacement parts were sent, but nothing changed when the plumber installed them. We are approaching one year since they were ordered. Does Hansgrohe have a solution to this? I have video, but not YouTube.

Brooke too soon

We paid lots of money for this as we thought it was a very reliable and last a long time. While it looks really good, it broke too soon. I am trying to get a replacement for the part that broke for free. Will see if I am able too. I may change my review after that
