Benefitting from Gingerol
This has a strong taste when putting it into distilled water, then drinking. The taste is not as strong after mixing with coffee. Taking it that way, I could feel the effects immediately; I feel calmer and more focused. I am taking it along with nattokinase to optimize the removal of clots in the arteries and veins. I am also taking vitamin K2 for the same reason. With nattokinase and K2 I've seen definite improvements in swollen veins and leg edema. Adding the gingerol has improved chest pain during exercise. None of this is medical advice and is my opinion of my personal experience. Do your own research.
