Packaging was good and delivery was on time. This is one of the best peelers i ever purchase. I had this item for almost a year. I went thru one other peeler before i made the purchase . I love that it have 2 different side to peel anything with a shield protector. you can twist which side you prefer to use as a peel. one side is for soft peel and the other side if for hard peel. This item is worth every penny. I also love the color.
