Great taste, comparable to homemade garlic puree

I usually get this from my local international market, but Walmart deliveries are so much easier than making a special trip. It arrived on time and was just like the one I get locally. It was nowhere near the expiration date. I've used it in a few dishes and it tastes great, but not as pungent as peeling garlic and using a food processor, but a great substitute if you're short on time. I'd buy again.

Yum! Wonderful, intense garlic, no work

I like this better than most jarlics because it's more finely grated. The flavor is also more intense than other jarlics. I also get ginger from this same Shan. I do cook a lot of Asian and eastern cuisines and this makes the garlic/ginger combo so easy, though I use this up quickly, it stores well for me in the fridge (weeks).
