Love this treadmill. Easy to assemble, has different speed patterns programmed which each has a duration and you can use whichever one you can handle. There is an emergency pull level to stop the machine if it is too much for you. Otherwise you can put your own speed manually and listen to music, it has built in speakers and you pair their code to your Bluetooth and it’s pretty awesome. I thought it was gonna take a lot of space but it’s perfect size. Fits great in my little exercise room.
