I love this treadmill. it's easy to set up and doesn't take up much space at all when folded up. I also love that it goes to 7 mph which gives you a decent run! it also has 12 different running programs.. like a slow increase to top speed and decreases towards the end.. or it will continue to increase and decrease speed through your running time...
