- 304 Stainless Steel Body: The entire electric commercial food machine body is made of heavy-duty food-grade 304 stainless steel, equipped with a removable pot and a clean and hygienic dust cover, providing excellent insulation and heat preservation performance.
- Fast heating speed: 1500W high power working, internal M-shaped heating tube and water bath heating, ensure fast heating. The chocolate is heated evenly, the mixture has better fluidity and the sauce is smoother. The highest water level line on the inner wall of the pot prevents water from overflowing, while the lowest water level line prevents dry burning, thereby extending the service life of the chocolate tempering machine.
- 2 Large Capacity Cylinders: This stainless steel chocolate melting pot includes 2 separate cylinders.
