2. Functions and testing:
1.Indicator LED light: It's always on once the system electrified. when
automatic close gate countdown,the light flashing light is 1 second interval . It turns off when enter into the learning code state or removing code state; it flashes twice show that successfully learning code or removing code.
2.Transmitter :
Encoding formats: our company customized rolling code . SMC5326,EV1527 Button: doule button open two gate or single button open two gate. Single button control MOTOR2 ,double button control MOTOR 1 and MOTOR 2. The system can
support remote control is 30pcs
3.Judge motor reversing:When motor start operate ,and open or close gate ,the
blue LED will light on,so our motors must in the opening state. When LED turns into red ,and light on .at the moment ,our motors must in ths closing state.
4.Code-learning: press and hold learning button for 1second then release, LED turns off and press any button of transmitter, then LED flashes twice, now the codes has been learnt to the panel. If there is no any signals received within 5seconds, the LED will light and then exit code-learning state .
5.Code-removing: press and hold learning button (once you press learning button,LED is off), 5seconds later LED lights up, now the codes has been removed.
6.MOTOR operate & rotating speed Motor first startis in the low speed operate state. when obstacle and then start again, the motor with high speed
operate,and then with low speed operate till to motor stop.high speed operate time from 0-33seconds can adjustment .(use HSPEED TIME Rotating button),when adjust to 0 second,high speed operate will not start. During the motor operate,if use remote control control motor stop up to 2 times.the motor just operate at low speed. Till to meet obstacle signals.
7.Limit & obstacle sensitivity adjustment During the opening and closing the
motor stops running once the limit & obstacle sensitivity signals sensed Sensitivity of the two motors are set seperately Adjusting the sensitivity of MOTOR 1 through MOTOR1 trimmer, while MOTOR2 trimmer control sensitivity of MOTOR 2.
Notice:
Arm-type motors only have the funcion of obstacle sensitivity, no functions of limit.
8.Open & close gate delay When open gate MOTOR 2 is first open ,and then open MOTOR 1 . when close gate ,MOTOR 1 is first close,and then MOTOR 2.if start open or close gate delay function. Close gate time can adjustment from
0-18seconds. but open gate just can limit in 1 second.
9.Single open gate : Single open gate button just can open MOTOR 2 swicth.
10.Auto closing gate function : if have obstacle of opening or closing gate . or
after in the position of motor operate protection time,start auto close gate. auto close gate time can be adjustment from 0-66seconds. If set up 0 seconds, auto close function will close. And auto close gate countdown ,flashing light will flash interval of 1 seconds.
11.Motor delay protection : If motor operate more than 60seconds,the motor will stop operate, to protect motor.
12.Copy remote control can auto matching : As for copied remote control,
doesn't need use controller to learning code,can use it directly .first time use copied remote control. Just need long press remote control (about 2-3 seconds) ,till to LED of learning code flashing 2 times later.
13.Interface of flashing light : when motor is in the state of opening or closing , Lights relay output interface, otherwise don't output.
14.Photocell : gate will re-open if the resistance detected while gate closing. When open gate ,photocell will not effected.
