pain and sleep issues

I have a lot of joint and muscle pain, migraine, perimenopause hormone weirdness and sleep problems, so I've added this at the recommendation of friends going through similar issues. I'm still in the early weeks of taking this, so I can't report on the benefits yet. Also, this seems to be of the same quality as much higher priced magnesium L-threonate, so that's great for those of us on a budget.

Love it! But need more time.

Good quality brand of magnesium. I take before bed and while I'm sure it aids in helping me sleep, I find the best results during the day. I feel more alert and sharp. I'll continue taking. It does have a slightly different taste than all other forms of magnesium but it is tolerable and only lasts as long as the capsule is in your mouth!

Good value and effective

I started taking Magtein after suffering from a concussion from a fall off my horse. I was having trouble with memory and concentration, and added this into my supplement mix. Nearly 4 years later I'm still taking it as I am aging and can use all the help I can get!
