The included mat board is 4-ply, precision bevel cut, and is conservation quality acid free - backing up the frame is acid-free, solid white foam board backing - which means your photos or artwork will not 'yellow' over time. Mat openings are intentionally crafted 1/2" smaller than the image size to ensure a secure and snug fit within the frame, providing both protection and a polished presentation. The protective front is a .060 sheet of frame grade, UV resistant, high quality acrylic. Comparable to higher end UV resistant standard glass, our acrylic is defect free, crystal clear, acid free, and shatter-proof! Frame can be displayed horizontally or vertically. An easy to install D-ring and picture wire wall hanging kit is included with all frames sized larger than 11x14. All Frames sized 11x14 and smaller include a tap-in sawtooth hanger, and an easel stand for tabletop display. Mix and match frame styles and sizes to quickly create a customized collage wall!
