I love these hiking poles...but I wish instructions came with them. I almost returned them because they weren't long enough! It took a while to realize that each pole was in THREE sections, not two! You could extend a lower section to lengthen each pole. They are strong, easy to adjust (once you know how!) and have several different tips. They are perfect!
