It was not packaged very well. The item came in a plastic bag and the Robot puppy/dog box was all smashed up. The robot puppy/dog was not what I expected. it was a lot smashed than I thought it would be and it does not replicate a live animal at all like it says. I'm not happy with it.

I ordered these for grandchildren, what a big disappointment they are nothing like they said, all they do is walk,wag tail and very annoying bark, my grandchildren wanted the ones that's suppose to be robotic not these stupid things! They should be turned in to bbb for false advertising. walmart did a great job tho their delivery was on time and great!
