Conveinent while Portable
This is conveinent and portable you can easily take this while out and about. Its nice the amount is 150 mg per capsule its portable and you may split your dose up and take at diffrent times likie take one pill at a meal then one at the next. My personal experience with trying other magnesium supplements is magnesium powders makes me need to find the nearest restroom. The magnesium capsules are a bit easier to take. Another plus is the ingridients are simple. No complaints!
