Now the second time we bought these. Three years ago, we stuck them on our trampoline and it hasn't blown away (these winds!) And here we are setting this up for new a swing frame. We haven't even put them in yet because the ground has been so dry and hard that we physically couldn't dig. If we get a couple of good rains, well…. In really tough soil its going to take an act of congress getting them in but you will be very pleased with the results.

We have loved these steaks after a year of them being used. The first time that I put them in, they sort of lifted the ones from above a little out. Yet, I have figured out that if you force the screws in at an angle with a screw driver so to help lift up during being worn due to strap tension it will prevent these from attempting and succeeding though not fully (around 18 seconds). They are crazy sturdy, and our trampoline hasn't moved at all!
