Swanson Saw Palmetto Liquid Extract (Alcohol- and Sugar-Free) 1 fl oz Liquid

I already take plenty of caps and tabs as part of my daily supplement regimen, so I added Saw Palmetto in this Liquid Extract form rather than capsules.\n\nI already take several nutrients that are reputed to be beneficial in maintaining a healthy prostate, and I didn't want to add any more 'pills' to my supply. I thought I should add Saw Palmetto, because of the continuing stream of credible material that I see extolling its virtues, so I got it in this liquid form.\n\nI already use a half a dozen other Swanson Liquid Herbal Extracts in my health cocktails, and I really like taking herbs in this form whenever possible. I only use the Swanson Products, because I want mine to be sugar-free and made without alcohol, as Swanson's are.\n\nThe two big concerns that one has about a product like this are: 1 -- How does it taste? and 2 -- Does it work? Answers: Fine. and Yes.\n\nThe drops taste fine straight, and there is no effect on the flavor of my health cocktail. I use one big pull on the dropper as my dosage each day. All good there. And as to the effectiveness of this Saw Palmetto Liquid Extract, all I can tell you is that, while I have never had any problems with my prostate, I've never been better. I believe in being proactive about everything, and using this high quality herbal extract of Saw Palmetto fits right in for me.\n\nEasy to use, produces the results I want, and as with all of Swanson's products, is priced right. Works for me.

It is always good to have supplements and vitamins in liquid form, as is more bio-available to the system. This is easy to take, even without mixing with something else. I just shoot it under my tongue. Will use it for a couple of months to see if I get the results I want.
