Swanson Saw Palmetto Liquid Extract (Alcohol- and Sugar-Free) 1 fl oz Liquid

I already take plenty of caps and tabs as part of my daily supplement regimen, so I added Saw Palmetto in this Liquid Extract form rather than capsules.I already take several nutrients that are reputed to be beneficial in maintaining a healthy prostate, and I didn't want to add any more 'pills' to my supply. Answers: Fine. and Yes.The drops taste fine straight, and there is no effect on the flavor of my health cocktail. I use one big pull on the dropper as my dosage each day. All good there. And as to the effectiveness of this Saw Palmetto Liquid Extract, all I can tell you is that, while I have never had any problems with my prostate, I've never been better.
