Very Beneficial For Men Too
Even though this herb is traditionally used by women to ease cramps produced by menstruation, it has great benefits for men, too. It is beneficial for blood pressure health, heart health and muscle health. It helps with cramps produced after exercise and in small doses prevents them before exercise and enhances performance. In regular doses, it is very relaxing and at night it helps you get a deep sleep with no morning grogginess. It also helps with good digestion and elimination. Take as directed. Remember to do your part. Supplements just supplement.
