Kick your allergies to the curb with Equate Allergy Relief Tablets. Each individual tablet contains 25 mg of a powerful antihistamine that temporarily relieves runny nose, sneezing, itchy and watery eyes, and itching of the nose and throat due to seasonal allergies. Adults can take one to two tablets every four to six hours as symptoms persist, but are instructed not to exceed six doses within 24 hours. Children six to under twelve years can take one tablet every four to six hours but are instructed not to exceed six doses within 24 hours. Manage your allergies with Equate Allergy Relief Tablets.

Most brands of diphenhydramine are the same, some more expensive. I've used Equates brand for years. Save your money by not buying the big name brand. It works for allergies and insect bite relief. They don't make me drowsy or jittery but everyone is different.

Just as effective as the name brand stuff.
The price beasts the pants off of the name brands and they work just as good. Best part is that I don't notice any drowsiness (more than normal that is). In cold weather my nose doesn't run, it drains. Seriously it is a constant flow. I take one of these in the morning and one in the evening and stay dry most of the time (a little runniness when I'm outside for a long time). Buy with confidence. This is one bargain brand that is high in quality.

It Really is, As Good as a Named Brand
Whether you have allergies, a Sinus attack or have a night you just can' t sleep and your doctor recommended trying it, Equate' s version is as good as a named brand. The same amount of the active ingredients, but for a lot less. And dollar for dollar, this size bottle is the best buy. Ever look at a Night Quill bottle? This is the active ingredient, without the extra. But if swallowing a pill is not for you, this is not your product. The coating doesn't leave an icky taste, if your water isn't right on hand and you already have them in your mouth. At least I've been there, foolishly running for water because I was just that tired and didn't have it waiting. I can only take it at night, because I get sleepy. But this works great and the price point is awesome on a budget.
