I tried to activate it, it said key was valid. When I hit activate "deactivated key" appears. So I can't use it, Wal-Mart refuses to help me. They say I have to contact Print Master which has no number to get in touch with them. I spend a lot of money with Wal-Mart I expected more from them. Disappointed with Wal-Mart very disappointed!

Activation code would not work No phone numbers to call software company for help Walmart Associate could not help, or give refund Right now I have paid the $49.99, spent 3 hours and have nothing but aggrevation. I guess I will have to go to credit card company and dispute charges

I ordered before I read the reviews and should have known better. I can't download the software and Wal-mart will not issue a refund. They just keep telling me to contact Encore or Boarderbunt for help. There was no help there either. Total wast of time and money.
