Perfect for my use
I bought this for my wife who is in a nursing home. She continually moves around and her head ends up against the side rail of then bed. Her first day using it yesterday she spent her first day in a long time laying straight in the bed . I placed it upright against the rail and it worked perfectly. It is a somewhat large for this purpose but works fine. I was especially impressed by then quality of the cover. Good fabric and well constructed.
