Pretty gentle and easy

I would definitely recommend taking this right before you go to sleep and trying the smallest dose first as if you take too much, you might not have the best time. I take about 3 a day and it's very gentle except maybe a mild cramp like sensation that lasts about 20 seconds ish in the morning. I've tried other things to help and I believe the trick the best.
