This is a Great Product

I purchased this Bike Carrier for a long trip to N.C. It worked GREAT! Never had a problem putting it together or installing on my SUV! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Works Great - Simple to Assemble and Mount

I put it together in 20 minutes and had it mounted on my cross over in another 15. Now it is easy to remove and mount in 5 minutes. Easy to load 4 bikes for trips to our bike trails.

Decent Rack for a Good Price

This was actually the second rack that I bought - the first one was cheaper but turned out to be missing parts. I loaded this one up with two bikes for a 120 mile trip. I initially didn't have it installed quite right on my Minivan and the top supports kept pulling away from the back window, despite multiple passes on tightening the straps. On the trip back I adjusted the angle of the upper arms to push the center bar further out from the vehicle and the upper arms were able to hold on much better. My only complaint is that there is a lot of excess strap and the only way to secure it is to wrap it around the rest of the strapping. When I made multiple passes on the straps I ended up having to wind and unwind them over and over again. Other than that, the product worked well, held my bikes on, and didn't mark up my car.
