Highly disappointed in this product. 11x14 bags came folded (has bend in the middle of each bag- I bought product with the expectation the bags would fit my 11x14 inch art prints. The measurement of the bags included the seam making the inside if the bag slightly smaller than my 11x14 inch art prints- causing the print to have a warp rather than lay flat has any one else would expect. False advertisement- I simply cannot use them - I want a refund
