As good as regular Chessman, only better! There's just enough cinnamon to give it a warmer flavor, while maintaining the buttery goodness Chessmen are known for. I eat them with milk as a snack, but they'd be equally as delicious with a cup of hot tea or coffee. I enjoy the crisp, snappy texture, and they're not as calorie packed as many other cookies.
