Tommyco Honeycomb Gel All-Terrain Knee Pads

These knee pads are fairly high quality, they don't feel like they will break down and be useless in 6 months like the foam variety. They have a lot of traction on the floor, which is a bad thing in my case as I like to be able to slide around rather than constantly getting up and down.

These are pretty comfortable and the "tread" layout does a good job at keeping your knee protected and keeps them from rolling like they would on a rounded knee pad. As with the other reviews, the straps are a bit of an issue. The buckles do not do a good job of keeping the strap in place and they constantly work their way loose. I think the key is getting the bottom strap (not elastic) adjusted tightly over the top of your calf and then tighten the top strap (elastic) to where it's comfortable. I think I'll have to tape my straps in place to keep them from loosening. I'll use them until I remember to buy something better or until they fall apart...whichever happens sooner.
