The outer paper packaging in which it was delivered was totally intact and undamaged. When I opened the product it was in a paper bag that was totally encased in and totally sealed in clear plastic. The product had spilled out of the paper bag into the sealed plastic bag. I immediately wondered if the product was adulterated. Of course, I did not use it. I actually still have it and will throw it away. I did not request a refund because the product cost less than 6 dollars. I tried to send a picture but your app would not let me upload.

It's never a good sign when the product shows up short weight in full packaging. Its supposed to be two full pounds and is short at least a couple of ounces as it has two layers of packing. I'll update the review when I've had time to try the product if I decide against returning it. The second photo is to show my scale is accurate, that's a 50 g. weight for testing scales (see tiny matkings on the top).
