My husband loves these new slippers. They are nice and cushy. He needs new slippers every couple months. He has diabetic feet and it's important for him to have something that is soft. These are worth the money, and look nice too!

Hubby likes these slippers. The inner lining is very soft and warm. He normally wears a size 11 M and these just fit length-wise. If you need an 11.5, I would go up to a size 12. I would consider the width it is medium. I am sure, like most slippers, they will stretch with wear. The sole is soft but like all slippers in this price range they will just be flat if worn often. Still cold weather in northern Wisconsin so these will be nice on chilly mornings! The indoor/outdoor sole is nice. I will say they do look like a more expensive slipper.
