National Chimney SmartFlex 8" Insert Adapter

The National Chimney Insert Adapter with Clean-Out Door is the perfect adapter when installing a stainless steel chimney liner to connect an insert and outlet when they are not lined up. It is common for the exhaust outlet on an insert to be positioned too far forward in the fireplace making it difficult to attach a chimney liner. This adapter is the perfect solution for these situations. The National Chimney Insert Adapter with Clean-Out Door is a unique insert adapter that allows a front-to-back or a side-to-side adjustment in the firebox. The two-piece design allows it to slide to adjust the center-to-center distance of the collars. The 6 inch size accommodates a horizontal offset from 6″ to 12″ while the 8 inch size can be offset from 7″ to 12″. The top collar will accept stainless steel flexible chimney liner. The bottom end of the box will attach directly to the stove outlet. This adapter is attached with screws or rivets like most liners or pipes. It constructed with 304 stainless steel and features a clean-out door for easy access.
