Installed this fan in a 12x12 Florida room. Install was easy as the instructions were good. The remote is great. The dc fan motor is the quietest I've ever had. The led light is fantastic. Hard to assemble

Extremely hard to attach blades. Not much space to work with. Had to tape screws to screwdriver tip to install. Square shoulder screws supplied to mount fan arms to blades, but holes are round. Units appearance is pleasing and light works well. Plenty of air movement. No mounting hardware supplied for ceiling box mount. Had to re-use old screws from existing fan. Specs showed two downrods, 6 %26 8 inch, but only 6" supplied.
