This is a very low-quality order. The shipped Paper flower Bicolor Bougainvillea plants were dead. The plants were not 4-6 inch tall as the grower advertise promised, there was no return or replacement plants available. It is my first order the plants from Walmart, and I would not recommend to anyone to order any plants from Walmart. This order was scrammed and it cost me $31 for two dead Paper flower Bicolor Bougainvillea plants.
