If you need accuracy, this is not for you

This item is very cheaply made and the measurements are way off! One inch on this tape measure equals 1.25 inches on an accurate ruler. I wanted this to carry in my purse to get measurements when I need them at a store etc. Everything would be way off using this tape measure. not worth 2-cents to me. This review would let me upload a pic.

Measurements are not accurate!

You cannot use the tape measurement by inches. They are not accurate. One foot is actually 9 and 3/8th of an inch. Way off! Metric measurements are accurate.
