vidaXL Artificial Pre-lit Christmas Tree with Stand Xmas Tree Fiber Optic

Christmas tree arrived severely bent and it is missing the outlet plug along with over 25 bulbs that were apart of the decorated fiber optic tree. So the tree is inoperable. The seller did not pack the item. Only shipped it in its original container that burst open during the delivery process. I think this is intentional to make it appear as if things were damaged during the shipping process. There are way too many other customers having the same issue with parts missing. We are receiving goods that the seller knows is already defective. The seller will give you the run around and will not address the real issue. It's like you're chatting with a bot. I suspect this seller is really overseas. Walmart needs to do better. I see There is far too many complaints with this seller. Why is Walmart still allowing them to advertise on their site? We need to collectively demand Walmart to pull this seller from their site. Our hard earned money is being taken from us by these individuals who are purposely sending us damaged goods. As of now, the seller still won't offer a real solution. The seller is trying to scam me into sending it back on my dime with me buying a container to put this large tree in.
