best form of vit C
This stuff smells like guava or passionfruit rather than rosehips but I'm not complaining. It tastes like acid of course, so you mix it with a mouthful or glass of juice or food.It is just C and C complex with no chemicals or sensitivity foods added so it won't do any harm while it is doing good. I like knowing I'm getting some natural C complex with my C and being able to control the amount of C I take each day in a very economical powder instead of hard tablets or capsules that I always open up and dump in my mouth anyway.

Love this C
I have previously used the vitamin c powder with rose hips and still love it. My skin looks better when I use it regularly. Also, I put it in my tea and it dissolves well and tastes good. I also use it to add a hint of lemon with the lime juice in guacamole and it prevents the oxidation that makes it turn brown. It also works to prevent oxidation of other fruits such as apples

Highly recommended.
I consulted my doctor and he recommended Swanson supplements. I asked about the vitamin C with rose hip powder and he highly recommended it for immune health. I mix it in with my fruit smoothies every morning. 👍
