The color of the frame does not look like the picture on the website. Also, the finish of the color is flaking -- a lot on the back, which is not seen of course and some on the top edge which is seen only at very close range. I've seen this color/finish on the cheaper frames at craft stores. So, for the money I paid, I think the finish should have been a lot better. But I didn't want the hassle of returning/exchanging and my puzzle with this frame looks pretty good. I've always been pleased with my purchases from art-to-frames and this one, although a bit disappointing, will not keep me from purchasing again. By the way, your packaging was awesome!

I have an email going as well to discuss this matter. The color is very different, but much more important is the fact that one of them is glued together crooked, so the edges don't meet equally, and the other is completely unattached at one corner. Completely unacceptable and I am insisting on my money back.
