Most protein shakes taste like, well, protein shakes. Being in healthcare for many years and trying to help patients find something palatable has been challenging. People often look at them as another medication to get thru, and typically do not enjoy. Fair life’s entire protein line actually taste like milkshakes. Our whole office, both staff and patients prefer them, and we have possibly tried them all. Hands down winner for taste.

Core Power 42-gram protein drinks are an essential part of receiving the daily nutritional requirements. It’s impossible to keep up with the necessary amount of food and meals, so it assists in this way imperatively. It would be nice to have liquid nutrition under $5. $4.88 would be my preferred max. Though it is necessary, it surely takes a bunch out of the solid food budget. It is delicious and quite sustaining, especially when supplemented with a pack of peanut-butter crackers or such. It helps meet the daily amount of protein and calcium, so it is a blessing overall. Can rotate the flavors, but the favs are strawberry, and the chocolate. Have also had the vanilla.
