A 3mm polyethylene armor exterior disperses the shock from impact, and the shoulder pads provide full shoulder coverage. Ergonomically designed, the chest protector contours to the body and allows an excellent range of motion, so umps can make calls while unrestricted by their gear. DRI-GEAR® moisture-wicking mesh covers the cushioned liner to keep umpires dry and comfortable during games in hot weather. A Bio-Fresh® antimicrobial treatment guards the chest protector against deterioration from mold, mildew stains, and bacterial odors, providing an extra level of freshness preservation. A 5-way adjustable harness makes it easy to create a personalized, comfy fit, while the dual quick-release clips ensure the chest protector comes on or off in seconds.
