Nice frame but.........

This frame did not have the sawtooth hanger in place when it arrived. I was worried that because it is resin, it would be difficult to hammer in. It went in just fine but I would have liked to have that information before I bought it. Just my opinion..........

Frame arrived badly scratched through the finish in numerous areas. All damage was under the shrink wrap. Please advise on how to proceed.
