Way too small to be an XXL!!

It's really cute, but when I order an XXL item for a dog, I want it to fit a 50 pound dog!! I took it out of the package, took one look at it and knew my dogs head wouldn't even fit through the hole! I contacted them to set up a return and they're going to charge a 20% restock fee that could have been totally avoided if they had better sizing. I have no idea what XXL dog this is supposed to fit, but if you actually have a big dog, don't even bother - I'm posting pictures of them next to sweatshirts that are true to size.

This is not what an XXXL sweatshirt should look like. It's very cute, but not the right size at all. I contacted them to set up a return and they're going to charge me a 20% restock fee which could have totally been avoided if they would have some sort of sizing chart. Not sure what XXL dog this is for, but if you actually have a big dog, don't even bother. I'm posting a picture of it next to a sweatshirt that's true to size - you can see how completely off it is.
