I have macular degeneration the beginning of it I'm supposed to be taking the eye vitamins I can't remember their name it has Magnolia in it and I'm allergic so I cannot take that I have to take a lot of vitamin E zinc and I can't remember what else these vitamins have a lot of the nutrients I need in it plus I take your Swanson Zeaxanthin and astaxanthin

Best multivitamin available
I have been taking this multivitamin for years and I love it. I'm 74 now and started using Swanson vitamins when I was 20. I'm very healthy and I credit my vitamin supplements along with exercise and diet. Thank you Swanson. Don't ever discontinue this product. It's the best multivitamin around.
